1. Can you introduce yourself ?
I am Katrien (@bibi_katrien), Personal trainer and confidence coach. I am specialized in woman and have a degree in pre-and-postnatal training. After giving training in Basic-Fit for few years, I opened my own feel-good studio a week ago: BIBI Antwerpen together with Hellen. We focus on body confidence and having a good relationship with food and movement. Besides Small group training and Personal Training at BIBI we offer a meal prep-membership. That means clients receive a week menu, shopping list and a guide to prepare their food for the whole week in maximum 3 hours. If they prefer just taking home their meal prep after their training, Hellen will have it ready and cooked for them.
2. Why did you choose PCA for your education ?

5. What is the coolest exercise you like to do with your clients and why ?
You might laugh, but small corrective exercises, like loosening the fascia and muscle in the foot with a ball and showing the client the extra range of motion that was created. Clients are amazed by the effects of small mobilizations. I learned so much from the Assess & Correct course.

Seeing how their confidence grows and how they become stronger not only physically but also mentally.
7. What is your favorite quote ?
