This course aims to refine and master your execution of all essential fitness exercises. It will enable you maximize your clients results while ensuring workout safety and minimizing the risk of injuries.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to the field, this course equips you with practical tools to enhance your skills as a Personal Trainer. Get ready for immersive practice, engaging training sessions, and a wealth of actionable tips and tricks you can apply directly with your clients upon completing this hands-on training.

  • Not only being able to perform, but also explain and understand the exercises.
  • Learning how changes in grip, stance, angles and execution can impact which muscle groups you’re targeting
  • Being able to recognize the most common mistakes.
  • Creating a safe environment for your clients to train, with less chance of injuries.

The course runs over 2 days, alternating between theory and practical sessions.

Day 1 teaching

Day 2 teaching

  • Biceps - Arm behind, arm to side, arm behind
  • Triceps - Arm above, arm to side, arm in front
  • Arms - Practical
  • Quadriceps - Compound, assistance and remedial exercises
  • Quadriceps - Practical
  • Posterior chain - Compound, assistance and remedial exercises
  • Posterior chain – Practical

Approach and certificate

This course has a practical focus.

The aim is for you to master new training tools and methodologies. We ask that you actively participate so that we can issue your certificate at the end of the course.

Enrolment criteria

  • To enrol to this course, you must hold a NASM Personal Trainer certificate or equivalence. Should you have any questions regarding the prerequisites, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

Timetables

Lessons take place between 10.00 and 16.00.
