Olympic Lifting
To develop athletes’ strength and better prepare them to take part in competitions, there’s no more effective discipline than weightlifting. This workshop teaches you to train your clients and athletes according to their personal goals. And, at the same time, improve your own technique.
This workshop teaches you basic weightlifting techniques in detail. Each movement is broken down, step by step.
You’ll learn relevant variations to include in the program for each athlete as part of a high-level training service.
By using videos and "fault sheets", you’ll also have the opportunity to perfect your own technique.
Teach weightlifting movements to your clients and athletes and be able to correct their technique.
